What exactly do I get every month?
A scheduled inspection visit covering your wiring, sockets, switchboards and appliances, minor fixes done on the spot, and a written report after each visit. Standard and Annual plans add a dedicated WhatsApp line and faster emergency response.
How many visits are included?
Starter and Standard include one scheduled inspection every month. Annual includes the same monthly cadence for a full year, plus one additional free deep inspection. Emergency callouts for something broken are separate from this and available anytime.
What's covered?
Routine checks and minor repairs on wiring, sockets, switches, circuit breakers, and connected appliances, including fans, fridges, TVs, washing machines, and air conditioners.
What's not covered?
Replacement parts and materials for bigger faults, and brand-new installations or major appliance replacements, are quoted separately, though active Care members get 10 to 15% off these. If your area falls outside our standard coverage zone, we'll confirm any small distance adjustment with you before your first visit.
